Coronavirus and shopping my shop - without having to social distance and wear a mask...
Small home-run businesses are at an advantage during this awful period of time. We have been fulfilling orders and our new and loyal customers have seen the advantage of shopping online.
With almost three months to go until the big day we are gearing up for all our lovely customers and new customers to get their gifts and cards online.
Why go out to the shops and wear a mask and contemplate the inevitability of the crowds not being in the groups of 6 and social distancing?
Added to my shop is a selection of Christmas Cards. These are for you to browse and for me to make to order. Whilst browsing if you see a design you like, I can make them for you. I can make individual ones or in sets of 6, 8 or 10, it’s your choice.
Please Email me your request and I will send you a price for your chosen amount. Please bear in mind that these cards are all made by me so maybe a little more expensive than some of the cards you can buy on the high street; but what a way to celebrate Christmas and the Season of Goodwill with handmade cards – and remember no mask was worn in the purchasing of these items.
“Jewellery by Fiona” What a wonderful idea to give that someone special a piece of bespoke jewellery for Christmas (or anytime really). Please take a look at “Jewellery by Fiona” at QN&G. There are some gorgeous pieces and sets on display.
With “Jewellery by Fiona at QN&G” I pride myself in my hard-working ethos, putting effort into making something different and making something I like, knowing that if I am happy then my customers will be. I am not about showiness and opulence, but jewellery that I have put thought into and is affordable to my target market. I want to enthuse, encourage and seize my customers' imagination and encapsulate what I am about. My jewellery is one of kind, there is no other piece identical in my collections. My designs are formed from what inspires me around where I live and the places I visit.
I can offer a gift-wrapping service which is free for all orders from “Jewellery by Fiona” over £50, otherwise, there will be a small charge of £1.
Don’t let the coronavirus get you down. Shopping online is a fantastic way to find bargains, save money and use local small businesses. I appreciate people are sometimes scared to use the internet. People are scared that small businesses are out to take your money for nothing in return. Gratefully there are people out there that can give us advice. Please follow this link and be safe online
