Delivery Options for the UK
All items are posted First Class Royal Mail or by Hermes. Your order will be beautifully wrapped and well packaged upon arrival.
We aim for all orders to be dispatched within 7 working days for our standard delivery option. Once dispatched we expect your personalised order to arrive within 1-5 working days.

Delivery Options Outside the UK
PLEASE NOTE: that there are currently selected countries not accepting mail, unfortunately, we will not be accepting orders from those countries. A list of these can be found via the following link - Royal Mail International Delivery.
We want to ensure that your purchase arrives on time, safe and sound, and as you intended however on the odd occasion our best effort can fail us.
UK Returns Process for the UK
If you are unhappy with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, we offer a full refund on any products that have not been personalised. The product should be returned within 28 days of the original purchase date and received back in its original packaging and be fit for re-sale. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for international customers, however, if an item is faulty please do make contact with us.

Once we receive you parcel back, and it is in the condition we asked for you return will be processed. Please allow up to 14 days fir the monies to appear in your bank.
Which items am I not able to return?
If a product has been personalised, it, unfortunately, cannot be returned as this product cannot be resold.
Earrings are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons. This does not affect your right to return faulty products or your statutory rights.
What if something is faulty?
On the rare occasion that we don’t quite meet your expectation and fall short on providing a quality product then we ask that you contact us via this link where we are on hand to help. Please return the product under our normal returns’ procedure within 28 days from the dispatch date and will be happy to exchange it for the same item or issue a full refund along with the postal cost.
Offers on the website and our Facebook page are for a definitive period ONLY. Once the offer period has ended the product reverts to its normal price.
Our services, prices, products and information may be subject to revision without notice.
Will I receive a refund?
All returns were an exchange is not acceptable will be refunded to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods returned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
